USDrf and sUSDrf are not being offered to, and may not be accessed or acquired by, any U.S. Person, as defined in Rule 902(k) of Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 (which includes any natural person resident in the United States, any entity organized or incorporated under the laws of the United States, and any account held for the benefit of a U.S. Person). By accessing this site or the RealFi application, you represent and warrant that you are not a U.S. Person, that you are not located in or a resident of the United States or its territories, and that you are not accessing the protocol on behalf of a U.S. Person.
We employ geolocation controls to limit access from Restricted Territories, and eligibility may also be subject to wallet-level screening against applicable sanctions and watchlists. Any attempt to access the protocol through a VPN, proxy, or other means that conceals or misrepresents your location is prohibited and may result in denial of access and reversal or forfeiture of any related activity.
